It was a daunting task looking for an outfit for my 79-year-old mum, especially considering in the last 2 years life has been tough. She lost her husband of 60 years and has been extremely depressed. Then came the wedding of her grandson and she was SO anxious about what to wear - my mum was ALWAYS such an elegant dresser. I was a bit nervous buying this for her "sight unseen" but as it was a Us company, I felt if I had to return it, it would be easy. The day of the wedding came and I helped Mum get ready. She was a bit nervous about how she looked and then I took her to the full-length mirror and her face lit up and all she could say was WOW!. The outfit was PERFECT.
